Can I change my email or password?
Currently, email changes require support verification. You can reset your password anytime using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

How do I make a deposit?
Select your preferred coin in the dashboard, copy the generated deposit address, and send funds from your external wallet. The transaction will appear in your dashboard as "pending" until network confirmations are met.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours. Processing times depend on network congestion, AML compliance checks, and liquidity pool availability.
Are there minimum deposit/withdrawal limits?
Yes. Minimums vary by asset: BTC (0.001), ETH (0.01), SOL (0.1), USDT ($10). Limits may change based on market conditions and your verification tier.

How is the APY calculated?
Yield is generated through a combination of institutional lending, staking rewards, and carefully managed DeFi liquidity positions. Rates are dynamic and updated weekly based on market conditions.
When is yield credited to my account?
Yield accrues daily and is automatically compounded into your balance. You can view your real-time balance and projected earnings in your dashboard.
What happens if a supported coin is delisted?
We will provide at least 30 days' notice. You may withdraw your principal + accrued yield at any time before or after the delisting date.
